Ankur Sharma

Chief Product & Technology Officer

Ankur Sharma is a results-driven product management leader dedicated to driving customer success and delivering measurable business outcomes. With over 20 years of product and technology leadership experience at Agileframeworks, PTC, Ernst & Young, and Deloitte, he has consistently developed customer-centric SaaS solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Ankur’s expertise lies in aligning product strategies with customer needs and business objectives, ensuring that every product developed delivers tangible value to the end user and creates long-term revenue growth for the business.

As Chief Product and Technology Officer, Ankur has led global teams to build and scale software products that solve key customer pain points while driving market share, revenue, and loyalty. His agile approach to product development enables rapid iteration and faster time-to-market, ensuring products continuously evolve based on customer feedback and market demands.

A strategic and empathetic leader, Ankur collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, executives, and stakeholders to align product strategies with customer needs and business goals, fostering innovation and long-term success.

Amar Arekapudi

Chief Customer Officer

Amar has built a career transforming businesses with a customer-focused approach, a drive to improve processes and strategic team building for both the long- and short-term.

Before joining Intelex, Amar worked at the General Electric Company (GE) in various sales, marketing, operations and customer success / services functions. He spent the majority of that time in software, building GE Digital’s Global Services and Customer Success teams and working with customers to deliver GE’s software and consulting services to improve their adoption and ROI.

Amar lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and two kids. He has both a BSBA and BSIM from Washington University in St. Louis as well as an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Ahsan Ali

Vice President, Finance

Ahsan Ali, Vice President, Finance, joined Intelex in November 2021 with a wealth of financial experience and expertise from almost 10 years of various leadership roles at Fortive. Most recently, Ahsan lead the finance department at Setra Systems (a Fortive Company headquartered out of Massachusetts, USA) and helped navigate the company through the various challenges presented by the pandemic with minimum disruption to both US and China operations as the company grew to record levels. Through Fortive Business Solutions (FBS), Ahsan was able to drive continued improvements across the finance teams ensuring efficient processes and sound controls to deliver strong results. Prior to joining Fortive, Ahsan has spent 8 years in public accounting with KPMG with a focus on manufacturing and technology companies, as well as a short stint within the wireless division at BCE. Ahsan holds a BAS-Accounting degree from York University, Toronto and is a CPA from Ontario. In his spare time, Ahsan enjoys hiking, travel, and various sports.

Amy Fanara

Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

Amy joined Intelex in November of 2022 to lead the global sales organization, which includes business development, global sales, pre-sales, revenue operations and the partner and alliances team. Prior to joining Intelex, Amy spent nearly 20 years at ADP leading top-producing sales teams. After ADP, Amy was hired to transform the Commercial Healthcare segment at Conduent. Most recently, Amy was the Chief Revenue Officer at LRN, where she was responsible for leading global sales, customer success and revenue operations.

Amy grew up in Michigan, served in the USAF as an avionics electrician, has a BS in Information Systems from the University of Maryland and an Executive MBA from the University of Texas. She is the proud mother to 4 daughters and 1 son.
