Intelex Services offers expert support through hands-on, collaborative sessions designed to address your specific questions. Our experts bring industry best practices to your team, ensuring immediate impact and optimizing your system to meet your needs. We offer two primary services: ILX-pert Sessions and Config Clinics. Intelex can also provide further support tailored to your requirements.
The main difference is that these are dedicated sessions with an Intelex technical expert which can be scheduled with your team at a time and place that suits your needs. These sessions are custom-tailored to the needs of our valued customers, providing in-depth support. In contract, standard Intelex support is on-demand for quick assistance, with a more limited scope, less preparation time and less emphasis on training your team to impart knowledge effectively.
Depending on your needs, you can schedule a follow-up session or contact your Intelex representative to explore other service options that may better align with your requirements. Our goal is to ensure your system is working as desired and we will partner with you to make sure you are fully satisfied.
Yes, our experts have a wealth of industry-specific knowledge and can customize the session based on your industry and needs. Depending on your desired outcome, there may be other service offerings that may be suitable as well.
There is no set limit – as many as can fit in your conference room or can join our video call are welcome. Our goal is to help you and your team address your needs while providing hands-on experience and training. You determine the right number of team members to attend, and we will make sure they are up to speed and can build on their knowledge going forward.

- Scoping or formal projects
- Any patch updates or site copies
- Installing any new applications or integrations
- Formalized/structured training sessions beyond the duration of the session

Config Clinics are designed for topics that require a deeper dive than what is outlined above for the ILX-pert session, and can be completed within a 1–3-day timeframe.
