As Ampcontrol continued to innovate in energy, its internal HSEQ processes needed to evolve. In 2019, the organization conducted a baseline HSEQ assessment that revealed inconsistent maturity across sites and systems that didn’t support their goals. The team sought HSEQ software for the energy industry that could match the ambition of their cultural transformation program, Live Work Better, while increasing visibility, engagement, and real-time insights across all locations.
Ampcontrol sought to improve:

- Incident reporting, which lacked real-time capabilities.
- Frontline engagement, as workers were required to complete observations and inspections on paper, creating inefficiencies and data gaps.
