With an extensive career spanning over 20 years, Kristin brings a wealth of international experience from across Australia, Europe and the United States. Kristin has previously held senior HR positions in a variety of sectors including Global Director, HR at food manufacturer General Mills and most recently as Senior Director Human Resources at MKS Instruments.
At Intelex, Kristin will play a crucial part in translating business objectives into talent, organizational, and cultural needs. Emphasizing the creation of an engaging workplace that fosters growth and opportunities for employees, she aims to contribute significantly to the company’s culture of innovation and opportunity, aligning with its ambitious growth strategy.
