Anthony Rocheford Adv Dip/MSc. BSc. CFIOSH, FIIRSM, MASSE, SHRM, OSHCR is the General Manager and Safety Management Specialist with B.A.G. Consulting Ltd. He is a licensed and authorized course provider for the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). He is a NEBOSH Trainer for the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) with over 25 years’ experience in the health and safety field. He brings 13 years of experience as a Factory Inspector with the Government of Barbados. Mr. Rocheford served as Safety Advisor on the Risk Assessment and Monitoring Committee for Industrial Development of the Barbados Investment and Development Corporation, The Pesticides Control Board of the Ministry of Agriculture, The National Advisory Committee for Occupational Safety and Health of the Ministry of Labour and The National Non-Destructive Testing Advisory Committee of the Barbados National Standards Institute.

Scott Gaddis is the Health and Safety Practice Leader at Intelex with over 25 years in EHS leadership experience in heavy manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and packaging. Before joining Intelex, Scott served as Vice President, EHS for Coveris High Performance Packaging, Executive Director of EHS at Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Global Leader for Occupational Safety and Health at Kimberly-Clark Corporation.
